Page 19: CAMP PAGE: Session 4 2010 In The Books ![]() 7.5.10...What a smooth session 4 this year; wonderful helpers. I 'thank you' for your help. The cleanup was very good as well as we worked the locations sheet as well as the cabin location. Thank you, again, for working with me in such a grand way. //Don't forget the fall retreat and the spring retreat of 2011. Dates will be forthcoming. //The theme for Session 4 of 2011 is: Feed My Sheep--Evangelism in Many Areas will be explored from 'Prison Ministry' to 'Preacher Training'. We, Lord willing, will also have a Summation Sermon on Friday by one whom we have come to love much and who serves with a congregation which has multiple evangelistic works. Again, God bless you all. Am already looking forward to 2011. //Over the past six months almost 300 visits have been made to this webpage dealing with Session 4. Sunday Afternoon till Saturday Morning. . Plans are being arranged for another fine session at Sardis Lake Christian Camp. are the dates. Session 4 can have 70 boys and 70 girls. This is the LIMIT. If you are serving for the first time, know that you are grately appreciated. Traditionally, we have a large staff. This provides rest for each of us as there are more eyes and ears to guide our young people. Sardis Lake Christian Camp is rustic in design. We are within a mile of southeastern side of the lake. It does get cold at night sometimes, even in July! Bring appropriate blankets, bedrolls, etc. for the cold. Prepare for the week by doing some extra walking to build up your stamina Don’t forget your favorite bug spray. Taking a few vitamin-e vitamins can help some folks. Walking shoes are recommended. Always use socks. Regular toiletries, bedroll, Bible and a smile are essentials. We have a good family style session. We want to make friendships which last for the rest of our lives. Always some problems crop up which need your guidance more than your condemnation. Prayerfully prepare for just such good listening and biblical guidance. I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU, SUNDAY AFTERNOON, JUNE 27th BY 3:30 P.M. LET ME KNOW, IF YOU’RE DELAYED IN ARRIVAL.
